Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility - LTC/SNF to join our travel team in Meeker, CO! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active CO Registered Nurse, LPN, Long Term Care (LTC) license
• 2+ years of Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility - LTC/SNF experience
• This position begins on 04/24/2025 and ends on 07/24/2025
